Not quite sure how to feel....
I'm a bit confused. Was your intent to emulate just the visual style of TGTTM, or also the Tim and Eric brand of humor? Now, I'm not saying you should be penalized for doing either one, because it's perfectly reasonable to take something as inspiration, but the problem, as I see it, is that the way T&E write and perform their comedy is so incredibly progressive and innovative that they themselves are the only ones with the mindsets capable of making it work.
But like I said, I can't tell from the context of the cartoon whether you were mostly trying to do your own thing or not. If I were to critique this simply based on what's here and nothing else, I'd actually compliment you on a solid script. The jokes could use some work, but the comedic timing on said jokes is actually pretty on-par with what I'm in to. My biggest gripe would probably be with the performances by the voice actors, which needs some work.
But yeah, just remember, when you create something that's undeniably similar to something else that's already out there, you're doomed to be endlessly compared to them, regardless of whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. And even though this is already similar to something that exists on television, in the context of Newgrounds.com, it's highly original because there's nothing else on this website like it.
So yeah, I guess my advise would be to keep it up, but don't hesitate to make changes to your own formula when you're making future episodes. In any case, it's refreshing to see there are other Tim and Eric fans out there.
