The police department must treat all suicides as homicides until all possibility of murder is ruled out.
Upon finding Jackie's prints all over the place- his pocket, drawer, door- they'd run her (it's likely with her background she's already in the system for one thing or another) and nab her.
She has a very viable motive: girl returns home to guy she's slept with multiple times in the past, finds him with new woman and child, murders him while the new woman sleeps, then makes off with what money she can find on him.
I can see the CSI episode.

I was thinking the same thing too, when you hold your cursor over the sticker it says that the label is "Tankmen Sticker".
Would you call the episode "Jerry 3"? It is from a different perspective but still would you?
I would definitely call it Jerry 3. Jerry and the Closet was a legitimate entry to the series, and I often consider it Jerry 2, so this one would be 3
The best thing about Newgrounds is when you finally submit a movie and someone leaves a review to say "I haven't rated this flash at all because it doesn't load please re-submit it."
It makes all the hard work pay off and I spend the rest of the day with a song in my heart.
Since Jackie is still alive at the end, will there be a continuation of her story?
